About the Founder

Meet Samuel Chicora

Samuel Chicora founded Chicora Tech LLC to give small businesses in Erie and across Pennsylvania the kind of IT leadership usually reserved for companies with a full IT department.

He served nine years on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps, including four combat deployments, and was awarded the Purple Heart. He holds a Master's in Information Systems, AWS certification, and hands-on experience administering enterprise systems and databases.

He built the S.I.M.P.L.E. IT™ framework after watching too many owners fight technology that was supposed to make their lives easier — and wrote it down in the Small Business IT Made Simple book series. The mission: put owners back in control of their IT, without a computer science degree or an enterprise budget.
